For Sakina web purchases processed by Paddle, buyers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support with the Paddle receipt email and transaction reference.
Paddle processes approved refunds through the original payment method. Refunded, revoked, or disputed purchases may remove Premium/supporter access.
If you cannot access Premium after payment, sign in with the same email used at checkout first. If access still does not appear, email support with your Paddle receipt email.
